TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX ÒÊ – 1  
ODERN ENERGY SAVING TECHNOLOGIES ENERGY CARRIERS - CONTROL - REDUCTION OF CONSUMPTION

 JSC “Ukranalyt” represents technological complex TK-1 - the newest development for control of the burning processes, increase of ecology safety and reduction of emissions. 

The complex consists of devices that check Î₂ content in burning area (for gas, mazut, coal etc.) and ÑÎ, ÑÎ₂ , ÑÍ content in stack gases of energy producing installations. Indications of Î₂,_,  ÑÎ, ÑÎ₂ , ÑÍ are used for regulation of burning process thus providing minimal consumption of fuel and minimal environmental loading under maximum heat efficiency of energy carrier. 

The ÒÊ-1 complex may be adapted to any energy installation which consumes fuel, providing saving of   up to 15 % of fuel.

1.  Measuring ranges:                         Î₂      0 ... 21 % vol.
                                                        ÑΠ    0 ... 0.5 % vol.
                                                        ÑÎ₂     0 ... 15 % vol.
                                                        ÑÍ     0 ... 2000 ppm
2. Measuring information is transferred from boilers to control panel (at distance up to 300 m ), displayed at monitor’ screen, registered in PC memory, disposed at interface RS 232.
3. The devices are located in temperature and dust protected case.
4. Power supply less than 300 W per one boiler.
5. Complete set of delivery:  instrumental case, Î₂, ÑÎ, ÑÎ₂, ÑÍ gas analyzers, instrumental and measuring probes, gas sampling device, device for transfer of the measuring information, PC with the software.
