ÃÐ-03Ì gas mixtures generator
The generator is designed for making gas mixtures by dynamic dilution of attested primary mixes with attested diluent gas (air or nitrogen). |

The instrument is used for calibration and check-up of gas analyzers in the process of their manufacture, operation, and maintenance. It can also be used when carrying out research works for making binary gas mixtures with volumetric part of the components rated 10-2 – 10-6 % provided that volumetric part of the component rated in the primary gas mixtures is less than 1 %. The use of generators of five versions allows to make mixtures of nitrogen oxide with air or nitrogen (mod.344 ÃÐ 03Ì); methane or propane with air or nitrogen (mod.623 ÃÐ 03Ì); nitrogen oxide or dioxide with air or nitrogen (mod.645 ÃÐ 03Ì); sulphur dioxide with air or nitrogen (mod.667 ÃÐ 03Ì); hydrogen sulphide with air or nitrogen (mod.666 ÃÐ 03Ì). The original design of gas circuit allows excluding the influence of ambient temperature changes from 10 to 35°C and atmospheric pressure changes from 84 to 106,7 kPa on the quantitative content of output gas mixture. Generator doesn't require electrical supply that allows its usage in explosion risk areas. The instrument is simple and reliable in use, is characterized by high metrological qualities (the permissible relative error limit is not more than ± 5 % and for 623 ÃÐ 03Ì model it is not more than ±4 %; dilution ratio permissible relative error values limit is not more than ± 3 %). |
