SUNBURN ADVISER ΤΡ- 01 ULTRAVIOLET MONITOR The ΤΡ-01 Ultraviolet Monitor was developed to control the dose of ultraviolet radiation during exposure of the human body to the sun. Continuous audible alarm is activated in the adviser when the dose of UV radiation reaches the preset limit. |

The device is especially dedicated for use on the health resorts, beaches, solarias and wherever a person exposed to direct or scattered sunlight may get sunburn. The adviser is powered by a built-in solar cell and preserves its serviceability after the long-term influence by direct sun-light at the temperature up to 65 °C.. |

Specifications -- The ΤΡ-01 UV adviser measures the intensity of UV radiation within the range of 280...320 nm (sun burning range of the solar spectrum). -- The following user-preset check-points to activate the alarm signal are available: 1/8; 1/4; 1/2; 1; 2; 4 ( in the fractions of the minimum erythemic dose ). NOTE: The erythemic dose means such quantity of the UV radiation which causes a slight reddening of the unsunburn adult person's skin. -- The alarm response time with the dose switch in position "1" at noon in the cloudless weather is 40 ± 5 min. |
