102 ÔĀ 01 GAS ANALYZER

The 102 ÔĀ 01 infra-red gas analyzer are designed to measure the volume fractions of carbon oxide and hydrocarbons in motor vehicle exhausts.

The rotation frequency of engine chankshafts can also be measured. The instruments applications include automotive transport enterprises, service stations and motor transport establishments. They are also widely used in chemical and metallurgical industries.

Gas analyzers provide:

- fast diagnostics, tuning and adjustment of the carburetted engines so that the optimum

engine operation is provided;

- environmental monitoring;

- automotive emissions reduction control.

The analyzers can also be advantageously used to ensure the optimization of the production processes. The instruments employ infra-red absorption analysis method. Each of them include a solid-state radiation receiver. Concentrations of the gas components to be analyzed are determined from the value of radiation intensity. The measured intensity value is converted into an electrical signal, processed by an electronic module and presented on an indicator in concentration units.

The instruments are simple and reliable in operation, show high stability and fast response time. The universal power is also provided.
